As a receptionist at MOHR life resort, you’re the first and last point of contact for our guests. With your friendliness and your service talent, you ensure a warm welcome and a smooth stay at our resort.

• Warm welcome, guest check-in and check-out
• Accompanying guests to their room and hotel tours
• Receiving and processing reservations
• Comprehensive guest support during the stay
• Processing of special requests and enquiries
• Handling of telephone communication
• Information on activities and offers in the hotel and surroundings
• Administrative tasks
• Telephone and written guest communication
• Cash register management and accounting activities

What we’re looking for

• Hotel management training or comparable qualification
• Career changers welcome!
• Experience at a hotel reception
• Very good German skills are a prerequisite, other language skills are an advantage.
• Service-orientation and enjoyment of guest contact
• Neat and friendly appearance
• Resilience and flexibility
