- Independent creation and preparation of desserts, cakes, tarts, and sweet dishes (hot/cold)
- Responsibility for the patisserie section
- Development of new dessert creations and seasonal specialities
- Ice cream production
- Organisation of the mise en place in the patisserie area
- Quality control, cost-conscious use and ordering of the necessary materials
- Co-responsibility for the optimal purchase of goods and their storage
What we’re looking for
