As a Commis de rang at MOHR life resort, you play a key role in supporting our service team while gaining insight into all aspects of upscale restaurant service. Here, you’ll expand your skills and grow into a true service professional.

• Assisting the Chef de rang in daily service operations
• Helping with restaurant setup and closing tasks
• Providing attentive and warm guest service
• Setting tables and handling mise en place
• Daily cleaning of the service area

What we’re looking for

• Completed training in gastronomy or a comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of food, drinks, and service procedures
• Good German skills
• Willingness to learn and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment in guest interaction
• Neat and friendly appearance
