Job description
  • Independent creation and preparation of desserts, cakes, tarts, and sweet dishes (hot/cold)
  • Responsibility for the patisserie section
  • Development of new dessert creations and seasonal specialities
  • Ice cream production
  • Organisation of the mise en place in the patisserie area
  • Quality control, cost-conscious use and ordering of the necessary materials
  • Co-responsibility for the optimal purchase of goods and their storage

What we’re looking for

  • Completed chef qualification with a focus on patisserie or additional qualification in patisserie
  • Professional experience in upscale patisserie
  • Creativity and a keen eye for presentation
  • Good German skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High-quality standards
  • Organisational talent and attention to detail
  • Team spirit
  • Outstanding commitment and motivation
