As assistant reception manager at MOHR life resort, you’ll take on responsibility for the front office team and deliver outstanding guest service. It’s your chance to prove your leadership skills and organisational talent in a dynamic environment.

• Supporting the reception manager in all areas
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front office
• Maintaining high-quality standards in check-in, check-out, and guest support
• Representing the reception manager in their absence
• Assisting with work scheduling and team coordination
• Training and guiding new team members
• Processing special enquiries and solving complex guest requests
• Complaints management
• Invoice check

What we’re looking for

• Hotel management training and several years of experience at reception
• First management experience or strong leadership skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• Confident handling of hotel software and billing systems
• Organisational talent and decision-making ability
• High quality awareness
• Business-minded thinking and acting
• Neat and professional appearance
• Resilience, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Friendliness, team spirit, and assertiveness
